If you have a Nicaraguan property or are thinking of buying one, perhaps you are looking for someone to look after this. And once you have thought about what to do with it, you may want a place to stay while building / remodeling your house. That’s where we come in! We can rent you a house while you are remodeling/building and at the same time you can get an idea of what it is to actually live in a different culture.
Casa Granada Property Management has been in existence for 4 years giving services to our clients, usually living far away from their investments. We are a fast growing agency, treating your house as if it is our own and if necessary be in charge of modest improvements / renovations as well. We pay your bills, clean your house, take care of your garden, find you some tenants and take care of them and their concerns as needed.
If you are looking for a vacation in a typical colonial town, colorful and quaint, then Granada, Nicaragua, is the place to go. Vacationing in a house filled with comfortable furniture makes it even more special, as you can be with the local people in their own neighborhood and culture. We offer a variety of beautiful houses for rent on a 3 day, weekly, monthly and long term basis, i.e. 6 month to a year or more.
As there is a variety to the length you can stay in these homes, so is there a variety in the type of home you can live in for that period of time. Ranging from a large home with swimming pool, air conditioning and all the amenities you like to something very simple and still tasteful. Most of our homes are furnished, some in a Nicaraguan style and others very modern. If you come here for a longer period of time we do have some unfurnished homes as well that may suit you better.
